KUOK FOUNDATION BERHAD invites applications for the above scholarships from Malaysian
citizens currently pursuing the following courses at Private Nursing Colleges in
Malaysia:

Diploma in Nursing
|
|
Diploma in Physiotherapy
|
|
Diploma in Dental Technology
|
|
|
|
Scholarships of RM20,000 per annum each will be offered to successful candidates.
|
|
|
|
Requirements : |
|
1) |
Applicants must have a minimum of 4 SPM credits including Bahasa Malaysia, Science
and Mathematics
|
|
2) |
Course must be fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
|
|
3) |
Applicants must not be in receipt of any scholarship or sponsorship from other organizations
at the time of application
|
|
4) |
Scholarship recipients are required to serve in any public or private hospitals / clinics in Malaysia
for a period of at least 3 years upon completion of studies
|

Applicants must read the Conditions and Procedures for application carefully before filling the form.

Completed application forms must reach the Student Affairs Department of the respective Malaysia Private Nursing Colleges on or before 25 January 2012. Late applications will not be considered.

|
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview. Interviews will be conducted in March 2012 at the office of Kuok Foundation, Kuala Lumpur.
