| Type of Award |
| Full loan or half-loan half-grant study award. Loan portion of the study award is interest-free and is repayable by monthly installments upon graduation. |

| Application forms can be downloaded from here or obtained from: |

(2) The Student Counsellor / Registrar of the respective polytechnics. |

| Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview. Interviews will be conducted at Kuok Foundation's office in Kuala Lumpur. |

| Completed forms must be returned to the Foundation or the Student Counsellor / Registrar of the respective polytechnics on or before 9 July 2010. |
